Can I hire Green Daisy cleaners privately?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!  Our terms and conditions include a non-solicitation agreement.  Green Daisy Cleaning Services invests time and money in the development and training of our employees.  Therefore, under no circumstances will our clients knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with any employee of Green Daisy Cleaning Services.  The solicitation of a Green Daisy Cleaning Services employee for a client’s private hire will result in the termination of service(s).  If this agreement is reached, the client agrees to pay Green Daisy Cleaning Services £500 for hiring an employee.

The agreement is as follows:-

  1. I understand that Green Daisy Cleaning Services has invested time and money in the development and training of their employees and that I, under no circumstance, will knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with any employee of Green Daisy Cleaning Services.

  2. I understand that the solicitation of a Green Daisy Cleaning Services employee for my private hire will result in termination of service(s).

  3. ​I agree to pay Green Daisy Cleaning Services Ltd a training fee of £500.00 if I breach this non-solicitation agreement and hire their employee for my private service.
