What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your service, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice.  Without 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your regular cleaning charge.  Cancellations on the same day of service for any reason will be charged at the full rate of service.  All cancellations must be made in writing via email to appointments@greendaisycleaningservices.co.uk or by calling and speaking with one of our office staff on 01474 632101 any time between 8:00am and 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays.

 

Your time slot is yours, it is reserved for just you.  If you cancel last minute your time slot cannot be re-allocated to another client and this results in our employees working less hours.
